Use the particle theory to explain density. 5. What is meant by buoyancy, positive buoyancy, negative buoyancy, and neutral buoyancy and compare using fresh water and salt water? 6. The components of the hydraulic and pneumatic systems. 7.  Compare a thumb nail and shoe shoes and the pressure increase or decrease of each in relation to force used on each. 8.  Explain how a thermometer works using volume and temperature.
