Health/Physical Education Compare and Contrast Homework Assignment Compare and contrast the following volleyball and sepak takraw. Explain each sport separately and then compare how the are similar and how they are different. Please include factors such as equipment, court use, rules, players etc. The format to use for this may be conducted in one of the following manners... - a t-table - paragraph writing -one paragraph addressing the sport, another one addressing the similarities, and another one the differences - use point form format using subheadings - alternate sentences in a paragraph using a specific topic sentence about both sports demonstration one similarity, and then one difference and so on... Writing - Science Fiction In Class writing period - conclusion and conference with teacher which included editing - Reviewed special features of a science fiction and rubric for final draft A Scientific Fiction... - Sometimes called sci-fi or SF - it is a genre of fiction - it often tells a story about science and technology of the future using the key elements of a story - character description should include fashion trends of the setting - it could also involve partially true, partially fictitious laws or theories of sciences - it should not be completely unbelievable as that is a ventures into the genre fantasy - the plot create a situation different from the present of the past - it includes a human element - the storyline explains the effects/impacts of a new discovery, or scientific development on the future - the setting is often set in the future, in space, in a different world, physical environment or different universe or dimension Reading -
